Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and company name if you provide one.
• Order details — product specifications, quantities, and billing/shipping addresses.
• Artwork files you upload for your orders.
• Messages you send through our contact form, live chat, or by email.
• Optional website usage and advertising measurement information — public pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, device type, performance information, campaign parameters, and an advertising click reference — only when you allow analytics.
• Account credentials (your password is stored securely by our authentication provider and is never visible to us).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To prepare quotes and produce, ship, and support your orders.
• To communicate with you about your quotes, orders, proofs, and support requests.
• To operate your account, including order history and saved quotes.
• To understand where visitors get stuck and improve the public shopping and pouch-building experience, when analytics permission is granted.
• To understand whether an advertising visit led to a contact request, quote, checkout, or purchase, when analytics permission is granted.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the business:

• Supabase — secure data storage and account authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. quote PDFs, contact form messages).
• UPS — shipping and delivery.
• Tidio — website live chat, customer-support messages, and AI-assisted answers. Conversations that need personal help can be transferred to our team.
• Microsoft Clarity — optional website behaviour analytics. Sensitive form entries are masked, and Clarity is not loaded on account, proof, payment, tracking, checkout, or internal staff pages.
• Google Analytics — optional traffic and page-usage measurement on the live public website. It is not loaded on localhost, preview, staging, account, proof, payment, tracking, checkout, or internal staff pages.
• OpenAI Ads measurement — optional browser and server-side conversion measurement for public pages, contact requests, the pouch builder, checkout, and completed purchases. Campaign and advertising click references may be stored with the related contact, quote, or order. We do not put contact-form messages or raw payment details in advertising event data.

Cookies and sessions

We use necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, make the quote builder work, and maintain your live-chat session. Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics, Google Analytics, and OpenAI advertising measurement are enabled only after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can decline without affecting the website and change your choice later using “Analytics choices” in the footer. We do not sell your browsing activity.
