What we collect

When you request a quote, place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and company name if you provide one.
• Order details — product specifications, quantities, and billing/shipping addresses.
• Artwork files you upload for your orders.
• Messages you send through our contact form or by email.
• Account credentials (your password is stored securely by our authentication provider and is never visible to us).

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To prepare quotes and produce, ship, and support your orders.
• To communicate with you about your quotes, orders, proofs, and support requests.
• To operate your account, including order history and saved quotes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the business:

• Supabase — secure data storage and account authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. quote PDFs, contact form messages).
• UPS — shipping and delivery.

Cookies and sessions

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to make the quote builder work. We do not use them to sell or share your browsing activity.
