Custom-printed orders

Custom-printed packaging is manufactured to your specifications and approved artwork, so it cannot be restocked or resold. Once an order is confirmed and finalized for production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Manufacturing defects

If something is wrong with how your order was manufactured, we will make it right.

• Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Valid manufacturing defects may result in a reprint of the affected items or an appropriate refund.
• To report a defect, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected products and packaging.
