About these terms

These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Packing Pigeon through packingpigeon.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms on this page.

Quotes and estimates

Prices shown in the quote builder are estimates for planning. Final pricing is confirmed after artwork review and production review. Saved quotes show their validity period; expired quotes may need to be re-priced.

Payment and deposits

• Orders below CAD $3,000 require full payment.
• Orders of CAD $3,000 or more may use a 50% deposit option, with the remaining balance charged to the authorized saved card when the order is ready.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number on our servers.

Artwork and proofs

Custom orders require your artwork approval before production begins. Production timelines start after payment and artwork approval. You are responsible for the accuracy of the artwork you approve, including spelling, layout, and regulatory content.

Order changes and cancellation

Confirmed orders cannot be changed once they are finalized for production. If you need to change something, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before production is finalized.

Manufacturing defects

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Valid manufacturing defects may result in a reprint or an appropriate refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
